Mollie joined KMC Legal & Finance in October 2025 and works across both our Family and Criminal Defence departments. She holds a Law (LLB) (Hons) from Manchester Metropolitan University and is a Police Station Accredited Representative. She is also working toward qualification as a Solicitor.

Before joining KMC, Mollie gained valuable experience at Turnocks Defence Solicitors Ltd, where she worked on criminal litigation and police station representation. That early exposure shaped her confident and supportive approach to clients facing stressful situations.

At KMC, Mollie assists with a range of family law matters including care proceedings, private children matters and injunctions. Her calm communication style and client focused mindset help families navigate challenging legal processes with clarity and reassurance.

She remains actively involved in criminal defence work, supporting our 24 hour police station service and contributing to Legal Aid cases to ensure fair access to representation.

Mollie’s combined experience in family and criminal law brings versatility, compassion and capability to the team as she continues her journey toward qualification.
